Monarch was engaged by Collins Caddaye Architects to transform a previously underutilised backyard in Garran so the family could enjoy the million dollar views across Woden Valley and towards the Brindabella.

The scope of works included the construction of a sizeable cabana, complete with open fireplace and working kitchen, as well as a new swimming pool and associated hard landscaping.

The pool’s infinity edge is a standout feature that required extensive engineering to bring this outstanding concept to reality.

Details from the home carry through to the cabana, right down to the cut roof ceiling with exposed beams and double brick construction.
