Following Monarch’s successful demolition of levels 3 and 4 of 51 Allara Street we were awarded the contract for the warm shell fitout.

Our scope of works included new carpets, ceilings, lighting and upgraded bathroom facilities.

As with the demolition, work was carried out in a live site, with active tenancies above and below the levels we worked on. This required the careful managment of trades and suppliers to minimise the amount of disruption to the building.
