Monarch Wins Gold at the MBA Southern Regions awards

We’re excited to announce that Monarch was awarded multiple awards at the 2024 MBA Southern Regions Excellence in Building Awards for the St Peter's Vocational Education Technology Hub. We received recognition in the Commercial Project $5 Million - $10 Million category and Best Use of Bricks.

But that's not all—Monarch was also named Commercial Builder of the Year!

This marks the first awards for our South Coast team, adding to Monarch’s legacy of excellence.

The new VET Hub, spanning 1300m² across two interconnected buildings, is a significant leap forward for practical education at the college. It offers students modern facilities in a design that balances durability with contemporary aesthetics, seamlessly integrating with the surrounding campus.
