Monarch Expands St Peters Anglican College Campus

12 SEP 2024

In response to the growing demand for education in Broulee, St Peters Anglican College has partnered with Monarch to design and construct a series of new buildings and learning spaces across the campus.

Building on the success of the Vocational Education and Training Hub and the Senior Science Building, completed in 2023, the next stage of development includes:

  • Construction of a Sports Recreation Centre

  • Extension and refurbishment of the Cultural Performing Arts Centre

  • Refurbishment of the existing music building, converting it into a new History Building

  • Upgrades to the bus loop pickup/drop-off facilities

  • Construction of two new staff car parks, with associated landscaping

Following our recognition at the 2024 MBA Southern Regions Excellence in Building Awards for the Vocational Education Technology Hub, the Monarch team is pleased to continue working with St Peters Anglican College. These new facilities will further enhance the learning environment as part of the Campus Master Plan.
