Monarch completed the refurbishment of the McDonald’s Canberra Centre tenancy to align with McDonald’s Australia’s current design standards and enhance functionality to meet the demands of contemporary restaurants.

The scope primarily involved re-facing the existing joinery and benchtops, and installing new point-of sale systems and ordering kiosks to enhance the customer experience and operational efficiency of the restaurant.

The project was delivered within a tight timeframe, with the entire refurbishment accomplished in just 8 working days. The restaurant was able to remain open throught the works, which was achieved through strategic scheduling and the dedication of the project team, who worked diligently after hours to ensure the project was completed efficiently.
