Monarch was engaged by the Canberra Southern Cross Club to complete the refurbishment of their Jamison club. The project encompassed the installation of a new bar, the relocation of the gaming area with new joinery and a distinctive ceiling feature, as well as three new amenity areas.

The project's complexity lay in its intricate staging, as the club needed to remain fully operational throughout the entire renovation process. Monarch relocated 120 gaming machines and related services within an 8-hour window, temporarily moving them to a designated area, and subsequently moving them back to their new permanent location within the same timeframe at the project's conclusion.

The project was well executed, achieving completion ahead of schedule, much to the satisfaction of the client. This programme was accomplished with zero disruption to the club's operations, demonstrating Monarch's commitment to delivering exceptional results.
