New Luxury Townhouse Development in Lyneham

We’re excited to have been selected to build a new luxury townhouse development in Lyneham. This project will feature 11 centrally located, inner North townhouse residences.

Monarch worked closely with the development team to provide early phase construction input, value management, and DA amendments. Each two-storey townhouse will include four bedrooms, three bathrooms, multiple living spaces, and private two-car garages. Construction is set to begin in late 2024.
