2025 Push-Up Challenge

This June, our teams across Canberra, the South Coast, and Albury smashed out a combined 30,780 push-ups, all in the name of better mental health. Taking on The Push-Up Challenge for the third year running, we set out to raise $1,000 for Lifeline Canberra, and ended up hitting $2,195 thanks to the generosity and spirit of our people and community.

From early-morning sets on site to end-of-day team push-ups, there was no shortage of aching arms, or healthy competition, but worth every rep to help Lifeline Canberra continue their vital work.

To mark the final week of the challenge, our team gathered at one of our Canberra sites for an invigorating group push-up session, joined by representatives from Lifeline Canberra.
